Cancellation Policy

1. Service Area & Travel We proudly serve the Allentown and Bethlehem, PA areas. Locations more than 10 miles outside our standard service radius may be subject to a $15 travel surcharge. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Your time is valuable. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service cost. 3. Safety & Environment To ensure a professional and safe environment for both the client and the professional, we reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsanitary. For barbering services, we require a smoke-free environment during the cut. 4. Laundry Liability While we take the utmost care with your garments, "Stand Tall. Get Yours. LLC" is not responsible for damage to items that are not machine washable/dryable, items left in pockets, or clothing that bleeds/shrinks due to manufacturer defects. Please separate delicate items and provide specific care instructions in your booking notes. 5. Payment & Tips Payment is due upon completion of service (or at the time of booking, depending on your selection). Tips are never expected but always appreciated for exceptional service.
